Step 2: State Aid Pennsylvania State Grant (PHEAA) - This State Grant Program provides grants to eligible PA residents who are in need of financial aid to attend a PHEAA- approved postsecondary school as undergraduate students. Students enrolled in summer study may also be eligible for a Summer State Grant. If you are not a Pennsylvania resident please check with your school for your state grant eligibility.
